THE EXCELSIOR IDEA
A cleaner community is a shared responsibility.
Excelsior began with a simple question: why is it so much easier to buy a disposable vape than to know where to dispose of it responsibly?
Our first initiative is vape recycling awareness and the development of accessible, properly managed collection pathways. The long-term vision is broader: reduce waste, recover value and strengthen community participation in the circular economy.
We are starting with conversations, research and planned partnerships, not a claim that we already operate an approved collection network.

We're in the development stage. Excelsior does not currently advertise active public vape collection locations. If you need to dispose of a vaping device today, the City of Edmonton lists rechargeable and disposable vapes among items accepted at Eco Stations from residents. Official guidance ↗
